Our client, Universal Contract Balancing, required the internal fit-out of an existing industrial unit in Warmley, Bristol. The project was to design and deliver the refurbishment of a high-quality office building that met the quality standards of a building at Green park. The internal specification was based upon guidance from the ‘BCO guide to specification’. The work comprised, open plan office space, meetings rooms, reception area, kitchen area, canteen and collaborative zones.
It was essential that the net internal area was maximised and that the overall scheme exceeded local competition.
The replacement/diversion/adjustment of the base buildservices/utiltiies was also required.
