a redesign of the the rude store situated within the old estate yard site was constrained to include the use of a grid of cast iron columns, whilst providing a high specification new build within the framework. a new office building which included bespoke requirements for charity send a cow was required to respond to environmental design quality and historic context.

proposals included a curved glazed link to one of our previous projects in the existing estate building.
