refurbishment of the monkton school boathouse at dundas viaduct to provide improved storage and sporting facilities. nsa approached the design in a way that enhances its environment and responds to its context.

the design upgrades the appearance of the ‘boat sheds’ into ‘boat houses’ and is sympathetic to the existing contextual scale and architecture of its grade 1 listed neighbour, ‘dundas aqueduct’
